As a Peruvian lawyer, I have been practising at the fascinating intersection of law, public policy and technology for over ten years now.

I began my career in the legal division of Microsoft where I realized the importance of bridging the gap between law and technology.  Then, I counselled Fortune 500 tech companies, developed and delivered legal and policy interventions as the Head of Regulatory and Public Affairs at Niubox.

Then, I was the strategic adviser of digital regulation to the Secretary of Digital Transformation of  Peru and I enjoyed being an adjunct professor of digital law at Universidad de Lima and an Internet Governance trainer with Internet Society.

I paused my career to pursue an MPP at the University of Oxford whose last milestone was a summer placement at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
